Care of your silver
To keep your silver fresh and clean it is advisable to store it in acid free tissue in a box when not in use.
If you wish to refresh a rippled bright silver piece we recommend the use of Goddards Silver Dip which is available from jewellers shops and hardware stores.
Immerse the piece for a few seconds, taking care to protect any freshwater pearls or stones.Then rinse off thoroughly with tap water and dry with a hair dryer.
This is a quick and simple process and will allow you to keep your silver looking clean and fresh for many years.
If your piece is dark silver rippled or bright silver with enamel it is advisable to use a silver cloth only if required. Silver Dip is unsuitable.
N.B. Please remember to keep Silver Dip out of the reach of children and pets.
